Refund policy

I accept returns made within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of commissioned pieces. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for refund.

Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returns postage. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to me, so please ensure that you package it correctly and get proof of postage.
